We are glad to announce that Japan Post shipping options (EMS, Airmail and Surface) are back to all our customers and wholesalers in the USA.
Japan Post services can be provided on the following conditions:
• The value of 1 box is over 800 USD
• Anime Export will not provide estimates nor pay for duties and taxes in advance (these must be paid by the receiver at the delivery)
• The processing times of Japan Post services remain unchanged (for more information, please check our website
• Please note that e-Packet Light option is currently not available

IMPORTANT: Please carefully check that your shipment meets the above requirements before confirming your shipment request. We will not be able to rearrange your shipment after your request is processed.
If import tariffs and duties are not settled, your package(s) might be returned to the sending address. Please note that any extra costs related to returning operations will be charged on your next shipment, and Japan Post option will be suspended to your account.

Due to a temporary suspension of services by Japan Post, DHL, and FedEx, we are currently unable to ship orders to the following countries:

United Arab Emirates, Israel, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Bahrain, Jordan, and Lebanon.

As a result, shipments to these destinations are temporarily suspended until further notice.

For customers who already have orders in stock, we will safely keep your products in our warehouse until shipping services resume.
