Dear customers,
due to the new tariff regulations taking effect from August 29th, Japan Post has announced a temporary suspension of service for shipments to the United States. We will place all shipments on hold until clear guidelines are provided by Japan Post and US Customs, starting August 27th.
Please note that this is a temporary measure, and the issue will be resolved in the coming days. We will hold your merchandise for as long as needed, and of course we will keep you updated on any significant changes.

About This Collection
Great Mazinger Metal Gimmick Model is a part-work collection that completes over 100 volumes, shipped in 13 deliveries (first delivery contains 4 volumes, each subsequent delivery contains 8 volumes). The first delivery is a special price, and later deliveries are at the standard price. USB data (magazines for issues 1–100) is included with the first delivery.
Our Pre-Order & Payment Policy
We only accept pre-orders for the full amount covering all 100 volumes at the time of reservation. As each delivery arrives from the publisher, we will add the corresponding volumes to your In Stock section little by little so you can request shipment whenever you wish.

Start Point / Mid-Series Orders
This is a build-up collection. Mid-series start is not supported. After the pre order deadline is over, we will not be able to accept pre order anymore.
Returns & Cancellations
- Cancellation is not allowed after the order is paid.
- For returns or replacement due to manufacturer defects (missing parts or production issues), we can only request support from Hachette within 3 weeks after the volume’s official release date. Please make sure to request the shipment as soon as each volume is in stock, and do not choose surface mail as a shipping method. If an item is kept in your stock for more than 3 weeks or shipped by surface mail, we will not be able to provide replacement support.
- For damages caused by transport or handling (not manufacturing issues), the standard Anime Export return policy will apply.
